a couple questions...

right now, i have a UBB version 6.2 & im interested in getting a vBulletin now cuz it seems to have soooo many more options then UBB, but i dont want to start my board over. so is there a vB to UBB coverter for 6.2 coming out anytime soon? like within a couple weeks?

and when it does come out (if its not already out), will it matter if I have UBB hacks in my board? let me know.

The UBB6.2 importer should be out within the next couple weeks.

If your hacks affect any of the member or post files themselves (e.g. they are not just in the UBB CGI files) it may pose a problem but most won't.

Give them a break, because UBB uses (AFAIK) flat files, it's a royal pain to write a convertor. They'll let you know what it's done.

Yeah. If you read the first thread in this forum, a request was made for beta testers for the UBB 6.2 importer. In order to perfect it we need to have various imports done on different systems. To do that we need data. We personally do not have UBB licenses and instead rely on customers who want the importers written to supply the data needed. If you read that post you can respond and help with the process so that it is completed in a more timely manner that suits your time schedule.
